Tasting Notes

Tilquin's flagship gueuze, released unfiltered and refermented in the bottle in the traditional Pajottenland method. Pierre Tilquin blends lambics of different ages from several traditional producers, creating a gueuze with more complexity than any single-source beer could offer. The house character leans lemony and dry with classic barnyard Brett, sharp acidity, and a bone-dry finish. Among the most respected new-generation Belgian gueuzes.
