Tasting Notes

A session mead that tastes exactly like the sandwich it references. Tart sour cherry arrives first, then peanut butter creaminess and grape jam sweetness fill the gaps. Light enough at 5.6% to go a few rounds, but layered enough to hold your attention. The PBJ concept sounds like a gimmick until you taste it, and then it makes complete sense.
