Fresh Hawke\'s Bay apples infused with cinnamon sticks, vanilla pods, and blackberry leaves before fermentation. The result tastes like warm apple crumble with a scoop of ice cream: soft baked apple sweetness, warm cinnamon spice, and a gentle vanilla thread through the finish. Dry enough to avoid being cloying. One of Zeffer\'s most popular releases at 5% ABV.
