Tasting Notes

Chao Ngor Pa, the Lord of the Wild Rambutan, is Mardi Craft's Dark Lager at 4.7% and 20 IBUs, part of the Thai Myth series. Bronze at the Asia Beer Championship 2024 in the International Dark Lager category. Smoky and caramel-forward with a lightly sweet, stout-like character, but the body stays easy and accessible. Not your typical lager, but that's exactly the point.
