Tasting Notes

Part of Funky Fluid\'s Gelato series, each one built around a specific ice cream-inspired fruit pairing. Dried fig earthiness meets ripe banana sweetness on a creamy, gently tart base. The fig brings depth, the banana brings sweetness, and the ice cream mouthfeel holds it all together. Lower in alcohol at 5.5%, and more approachable for it.
