Tasting Notes

Part of Funky Fluid\'s Gelato series, which takes Italian ice cream as its starting point. The tropical entry: pineapple, mango, and coconut layered over a creamy sour base that reads closer to a frozen smoothie than a beer. Thick, coating mouthfeel with just enough tartness to stop it becoming one-dimensional. At 8%, it drinks far too easily for its own good.
