This one commits hard to the smoothie sour concept: thick, sweet-tart, and completely unapologetic. Pineapple and Tart hit you from the first sip, then tropical settles in and holds the whole thing together on the finish. At 6%, comfortable enough to go back for another without much debate. Great for people new to sours who want the fruit without too much challenge.

Omnipollo was founded in Sweden in 2011 by brewer Henok Fentie and artist Karl Grandin. The company first worked as a contract-brewed project, creating recipes with breweries in different countries, before opening its own church brewery in Stockholm.
