Citrus and tropical hop character leap from the glass in Hawkers IPA, with a firm malt backbone providing structure without stealing focus from the hop-forward profile. The bitterness is confident and clean, sitting at the classic American IPA level without going overboard in either direction. Straightforward, well-executed, and consistently very drinkable at 6% ABV with no fuss or fanfare whatsoever.
