Right away, you’ll pick up on the caramel and fruity aroma in this amber Trappist ale from La Trappe. Isid'or pours with a creamy off-white head and kicks off with some light sweetness before moving into a mellow caramel malt mid-palate. There’s a bit of gentle bitterness to round it out, making it a great Dark Belgian at 7.5%. If you like a touch of malt and fruit in your beer, this delivers.
