Tasting Notes

More German Goes Not is a literal translation of 'Mehr Deutsch geht's nicht!' coined by head brewer Nate on the first brew. A Weizenbock fermented with both traditional Weizen yeast and a house NEIPA strain, then dry-hopped with Nectaron, Motueka, and Sabro. Tropical and citrus notes layered over banana and wheat. A classic German style pushed somewhere unexpected, at 8%.
