One Way Or Another 2017 layers whole raspberries into an oak-aged spontaneous sour base, using wine barrels to build the characteristic Northwest sour structure. The vintage designation matters: each year's blend comes out differently, and 2017 produced a genuinely well-balanced result. Vinous, tart, and fruit-forward with raspberry brightness over oxidative oak and a finish that lingers like a natural wine.
