"Gueuze" is a traditional Belgian style made by blending one, two, and three-year-old lambics for complexity and natural carbonation. Blackberry and Tart hit you from the first sip, then creamy settles in and holds the whole thing together on the finish. At 6.7%, it's in the sweet spot, present enough to feel like something, easy enough to have more than one.

Timmermans traces its history to 1702, when a brewery was established at a farm in Itterbeek, Belgium. The business later took the Timmermans family name and became one of the oldest active lambic breweries in the region. It now belongs to the John Martin group. Timmermans makes traditional lambic, gueuze, and kriek, along with sweeter fruit beers using raspberry, peach, strawberry, and other flavours shaped by spontaneous fermentation.
