Tasting Notes
Pastel de Nata from Vocation is a 7.5% pastry stout inspired by the Portuguese custard tart of the same name. You get layers of vanilla custard, caramelised sugar, a hint of bright lemon, and a warm touch of cinnamon that brings it all together. It drinks like a proper dessert in a glass, rich, indulgent, and seriously hard to put down once you start.
