Tasting Notes

Brewed in collaboration with Pikun, a Bangkok restaurant by Chef Andy Yang, this sticky rice lager was designed specifically for Thai food. Sticky rice in place of jasmine delivers a softer, smoother texture than your typical lager. Malty, clean, and refreshing, with an easy finish that pairs well without fighting for attention. Made to sit alongside flavor, not above it. 5% ABV.
