Tasting Notes

Raven is an American IPA built around citrus and pine, with a firm malt backbone that keeps the hop character grounded rather than one-dimensional. The bitterness is assertive but not abrasive, and the citrus notes carry cleanly through to a dry, satisfying finish. A solid, well-constructed IPA that shows its craft pedigree and confident character at a solid 6% ABV.
