Tasting Notes

An 8% DIPA hopped with Citra, Sabro, Idaho 7, and Motueka. Mango and passionfruit up front, a touch of coconut from the Sabro, and a clean lime-grapefruit kick on the finish. Smooth and full-bodied, drinks far too close to juice for something this strong. The hop combination here is doing a lot of work, and every variety earns its place.
