Crack open Speed It Up, Slow It Down from Vocation and you get this bright, juicy rush of orange that\'s honestly just fun. Champagne yeast adds a bit of bubbly dryness, so it comes off a little spritzy and totally refreshing. At 4%, you can have a few without feeling wiped. A nice choice when you want something a little different.
