Tasting Notes

Raspberry, rhubarb and blackcurrant come through right away with Undulation, a fruit sour from Gamma Brewing Co. that’s got a lightly hazy golden look and a medium white cap. There’s some pale malt sweetness, a bit of bretta funk, plus citrus layers that give it some tang. Hops bring gentle bitterness, but nothing overpowering. At 5%, it’s light and lively, making it nice for folks who like tart and juicy with just a little wild side.
