Tasting Notes

Low bitterness and high fruit character, the NEIPA approach to IPA brewing at its most drinkable. Open it up and tropical is the first thing you notice, with citrus close behind and fresh closing it out. Part of Cloudwater's annual Fresh Hop series, using hops flown in from the US within hours of harvest. At 6.5%, it's in the sweet spot, present enough to feel like something, easy enough to have more than one.
