Tasting Notes

First thing you’ll notice about Yak from Gamma Brewing Co. is that mouthful of creamy haze, bursting with vibrant pineapple, orange, and a little sweet melon. It gets its punch from Citra and Enigma hops, riding along with oats for that pillowy feel. This New England IPA lands at 7%. It’s definitely the kind of beer you’ll want to enjoy when you want fruity flavors really up front, but without a harsh bite.
