Consumer Terms of Use

Hoppy Butterfly | EasyWebOS Inc.

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of Hoppy Butterfly by individual consumers. By creating an account or otherwise accepting these Terms, you enter into an agreement with EasyWebOS Inc. If you do not agree, do not create an account or use account-only features.

1. Eligibility and Age

Hoppy Butterfly is intended for adults aged 20 or older. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 20 years old and legally able to enter into these Terms. Hoppy Butterfly is an information, discovery and community platform and does not itself sell or supply alcoholic beverages.

2. Accounts

You may browse publicly available content without an account. An account is required to submit ratings, reviews, photographs and other account-based contributions. You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure and are responsible for activity through your account. You may not impersonate another person or create accounts for deceptive or abusive purposes.

3. Current Free Access and Future Paid Features

There is currently no charge to create a standard Hoppy Butterfly consumer account. Hoppy Butterfly may introduce optional paid features, subscriptions or services in the future. Any applicable price and additional terms will be disclosed before you purchase or subscribe. Nothing in these Terms requires you to purchase a future paid service.

4. Reviews, Ratings, Photos and Other Content

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to submit it. Content must be genuine, lawful and consistent with the Content & Community Policy.

Hoppy Butterfly may require supporting content, including a photograph, as part of submitting a review to help promote genuine and authentic community contributions. Requiring supporting content does not mean Hoppy Butterfly independently verifies every review.

You retain ownership of content you create. By submitting content, you grant EasyWebOS Inc. a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable and sublicensable licence to host, store, reproduce, display, publish, adapt, format, translate and otherwise use that content as reasonably necessary to operate, improve, market and promote Hoppy Butterfly and its services. This licence continues for content already used or incorporated into the service to the extent reasonably necessary, subject to applicable law.

5. Authenticity, Rankings and Butterfly Score

You must not manipulate or attempt to manipulate ratings, reviews, rankings, badges, Beer Pro status, the Butterfly Score or other community or platform signals. Hoppy Butterfly determines how scores, rankings, recommendations, badges and similar features are calculated, weighted, displayed and modified. We may change these systems as the platform develops.

6. Moderation and Enforcement

Hoppy Butterfly may review, restrict, remove or decline to publish content and may warn, suspend or terminate accounts or remove badges or status where we reasonably believe there has been abuse, manipulation, inaccurate or unlawful content, infringement, security risk or violation of these Terms or the Content & Community Policy. We are not required to pre-screen or independently verify every contribution.

7. Beer and Business Information

Beer, brewery, distributor, retailer, venue, menu, pricing, availability and other information may be supplied by users, businesses, partners or third-party sources. We work to improve accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is complete, current or error-free. Confirm important information directly with the relevant business.

8. Intellectual Property

Hoppy Butterfly, the Hoppy Butterfly name and branding, Butterfly Score, badges/Amulets, software, databases, designs, features and other platform materials are owned by or licensed to EasyWebOS Inc. Except as expressly permitted, you may not copy, scrape, reproduce, reverse engineer, sell or commercially exploit them.

9. Acceptable Use

• Do not use the service unlawfully or to promote unlawful activity.
• Do not harass, threaten, defame or impersonate others.
• Do not submit fake reviews, coordinated ratings, spam or deceptive content.
• Do not upload content that infringes intellectual-property, privacy or other rights.
• Do not interfere with security, platform operation, data integrity or other users.
• Do not use automated means to extract or collect platform data without written permission.

10. Third-Party Services and Links

Hoppy Butterfly may link to or integrate third-party services. EasyWebOS Inc. does not control those services and is not responsible for their content, availability, terms or practices.

11. Privacy and Marketing

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. Acceptance of these Terms does not by itself constitute consent to receive optional marketing communications. Where required, marketing choices are presented separately and may be changed or withdrawn as provided in the Privacy Policy or communication.

12. Availability and Changes

We may add, change, suspend or discontinue features and may update these Terms. Where changes are material, we will provide reasonable notice or request renewed acceptance where appropriate. Continued use after an effective update may constitute acceptance where permitted by law.

13. Disclaimers and Liability

Hoppy Butterfly is provided on an 'as available' basis. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, EasyWebOS Inc. does not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy of community or third-party information, or that the service will meet every user's requirements. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using Hoppy Butterfly at any time. EasyWebOS Inc. may suspend or terminate access where reasonably necessary for violations, abuse, security, legal compliance or protection of the service or community. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination, including intellectual-property, content-licence and liability provisions, continue as applicable.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands, subject to any mandatory rights or protections that applicable law does not permit the parties to exclude. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, disputes arising from or relating to these Terms will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the British Virgin Islands.
