Mure a L'Ancienne adds whole blackberries to a traditional lambic base, producing a gueuze that is tartly fruited, earthy, and distinctly wild throughout. The blackberries provide deep colour and dark berry flavour without overwhelming the classic barnyard and Brett character underneath. Fruit and funk in genuine balance. A fruit lambic for those who want the wild ale foundation as much as the fruit on top.
